If you have not yet registered your team as a member and paid the $45 administration fee you must do this prior to registering for a tournament. This can be done along with your first tournament registration.

You do NOT need to mail any forms to us. Once you have processed the membership fee return to "Team Forms" and print the necessary forms to take with you to each tournament you play in.
You must be a member to participate in any USBA tournament.
