Steps to Entering this NCAA USBA Event:
Step 1:
Participating Coaches NCAA Approval Process
Click here to confirm if you are “approved” from last year or if you
need to receive your “approval.”
Once you have your NCAA certification number, email it to
jwhitley@usbahoops.com, All coaches participating MUST provide a
current NCAA certification number to sit on the bench. The coaches
approval process normally takes between 3-7 business days depending on the
address of the applicant.
Applying for approval for participation in a
timeframe that is less than 3 days risks the applicant missing their event.

Coaches that fail to submit their roster by the
deadline will pay a $40 fine prior to their first game.

DO NOT MAIL OR FAX ANYTHING to the USBA. You will need to have ALL the documents listed below when you arrive for the coaches meeting. Please put all documents in a "manila envelope" with your team name, age group, head coaches name and contact phone # (cell or number while at Nationals) clearly marked on the outside. Once you turn this information in you will not get it back.
Each teams paperwork should be in the following order in your manila envelope:
1. Team Roster with Jersey Numbers
The following forms for each player must be STAPLED AND IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER.
3. Birth Certificate (clear copy)
4. Parent/Player Consent/Insurance Form
5. Grade Exception Form AND copy of a Current Report Card Indicating Grade (only grade exception players need this)
ANY PLAYER THAT DOES NOT HAVE THIS PAPERWORK WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY.

USBA reserves the right to revoke any teams membership and to deny teams entry to any sanctioned USBA event.

The deadline for all USBA regular season tournaments is the Saturday prior to the event. No exceptions.
